- 영어: Spot Deferred Contract
- 같은 말로는 현물 연불거래
- 특정 날짜에 인도 하는 대신 계약을 일정기간 연기할 수 있는 옵션
- 제조이나 영업에서 외상매출금 등의 지급기을을 연장해 주고 추가로 금액을 받는 것이었으나 2008년 미국 월가에서 금 거래에서 적용되었다.
- 선도거래의 일종이다.
